Everything works better if you unplug it for a while... even you.
Join us Unplug: A Mountain & Lake Yoga Retreat at the gorgeous Lake Tahoe, NV.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself the space to truly reset.

Unplug: A Mountain & Lake Yoga Retreat is a 5-day whole body reset in the breathtaking mountains of Lake Tahoe designed to help you slow down, recharge, and renew body, mind and soul.

With the mountains and the clear waters of Lake Tahoe all around, this retreat gives you a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply slow down.

Each day will feature carefully guided yoga practices designed to support mindful movement, steady breathing, and the release of built-up tension throughout the body. Morning sessions will awaken and energize you for the day ahead, while evenings will wind down with Urban Zen Restorative practices focused on deep rest, renewal, and letting go.

Between practices, you’ll have plenty of time to explore, rest, and connect. Spend the afternoon kayaking on the lake, hiking through scenic trails, journaling with a cup of coffee, or simply sitting quietly and taking in the view. Yoga workshops will be offered throughout the week including Self-Myofascial Release Techniques, Yoga Nidra & Pranayama.

This retreat isn’t about packing the schedule, it’s about creating the space to slow down.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, Unplug offers an opportunity to step away from constant doing and return home feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.

Prices start at $2650 for shared space.

Your Retreat Hosts

Joe Lee, 500 RYT
Joe Lee spent four winters driving across the U.S. and Canada, snowboarding for months at a time in search of the best terrain and deepest snow. In 2017, a minor injury during one of those seasons led him to yoga as a way to recover and restore balance. What began as physical therapy soon evolved into a lifelong practice and teaching path. Joe is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance–certified instructor and Level 2 Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, with additional studies in anatomy, meditation, and restorative yoga. His classes weave functional movement, mindful breath, and a calm, grounding energy—helping students cultivate strength, ease, and presence both on and off the mat.

Q: Can I come alone?
A: Absolutely - please choose the "single" room option during registration. Many guests attend solo and leave with new lifelong friends.

Q: What if I - or a friend I'm bringing - don't do yoga?
A: EVERYONE IS WELCOME! All activities are optional. Pick the planned events that you want to do and feel free to skip anything you want.

Q: Where should I fly to?
A: Please fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Your retreat fee includes transportation to and from this airport.

Q: What if I want to have a car?
A: The Tahoe Ridge provides a complimentary shuttle to town. If you would like to rent a car, you may do so at your own cost and risk.

A: Yes. Please let us know your dietary restrictions when registering so that we can inform the venue of our needs.
