In Studio Class Protocols
Safety is our priority. Here is what we are doing to create the safest space we can for you to practice.
We have reopened our IN STUDIO classes. We are happy to welcome you back to the sweetest yoga studio in Sugar Land, TX to practice together again. To help protect our community and make this experience as stress free as possible, we have a few procedures to follow. If you are not ready to venture into the studio for classes, we offer live stream classes taught at the same times. Please go to our online classes info to learn more. Read on...
If you're new to the studio, purchase a New Student Special:
New Yogi Special: $29 for 10 days of unlimited in studio classes and live stream classes. (excludes prenatal, kids or aerial classes or any special workshops or series)
You must pre-register for class on our Schedule Page at least one hour prior to class. To allow for ample space between yogis, class size is limited to 23 spots with 5 allowed on the wait list. If you cannot attend class, you must cancel a minimum of one-hour before class. Any no shows will forfeit your class and unlimited class packages will be charged a $10 no show fee.
Masks/facial coverings are optional for yogis who are fully vaccinated again Covid-19. If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear your mask in all common areas such as front desk area, hallways and restrooms. However, you may remove your mask for practice if you would like.
Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before class begins. There will be no entry 5 minutes after class has begun. If you are feeling any symptoms of illness such a cough, chills, fever, shortness of breath or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms (please see the CDC guidelines), please do not come to class.
All yogis must check in with the front desk before class to confirm your reservation. If you have not signed a new waiver, you will be asked to do so in order to attend the class. This will be contact-less unless you need to sign a new waiver.
Bring all of your own gear including your own mat, towel and blocks. If you do not have blocks, we encourage you to purchase one in the studio. We also offer shared blocks - please clean your hands before and after use and please clean the block before and after use. Please feel free to borrow a sweat towel from the front desk and drop it off before you leave to be washed. Mats are not available for rent.
Please bring as few personal items to the studio as possible - we have cubbies for your belongings and there are plenty of hooks around the studio for jackets, clothing light bags, etc.
Restrooms and changing rooms are open. Showers are closed.
Cleaning & Safety Protocols
We have always maintained a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule. This includes daily cleaning of floors and high touch surfaces on a regular basis.
We have placed air purifiers in yoga rooms equipped with medical grade HEPA filters capable of removing 99.9% of airborne particles in the room every 30 minutes. These will run during and between classes.
When classes are in session, weather permitting, we will keep the doors open to encourage fresh air flow. Spots for you mat are marked in the studio to help space yogis apart and reservations are required to help keep class sizes small. Class times are spaced to reduce crowding.
After classes, please use our sanitizing spray and paper towels to clean up sweat around your mat before you leave. This gives us a head start on clean up after class.
