In Studio Class Protocols
During these uncertain times, we are implementing protocols to keep you as safe as possible.
We have reopened our IN STUDIO classes. We are excited to begin welcoming you back to the sweetest yoga studio in Sugar Land, TX to practice together again. To help protect our community and make this experience as stress free as possible, we have a few procedures to follow. If you are not ready to venture into the studio for classes, our live stream classes will continue. Read on...
If you're new to the studio, purchase a New Student Special:
New Yogi Special: $19 for two weeks of unlimited in studio classes, live stream classes & video on demand classes. (excludes prenatal, kids or aerial classes or any special workshops or series)
You must pre-register for class on our Schedule Page at least one hour prior to class. To allow for social distancing between yogis, class size is limited to 18 spots are open with 5 allowed on the wait list. If you cannot attend class, you must cancel a minimum of one-hour before class. Any no shows will forfeit your class and unlimited class packages will be charged a $10 no show fee.
Masks/facial coverings required for entry to the studio. You must wear a make in all common areas (front desk, restrooms and hallways). Wear your mask into the studio practice room and you may remove it once you are on your mat for practice (we are a minimum of 6 feet apart during practice). After practice, please put your mask back on before your leave your practice spot.
Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before class begins. There will be no entry 5 minutes after class has begun. If you are feeling any symptoms of illness such a cough, chills, fever, shortness of breath or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms (please see the CDC guidelines), please do not come to class.
All yogis must check in with the front desk before class to confirm your reservation. If you have not signed a new waiver, you will be asked to do so in order to attend the class. This will be contact-less unless you need to sign a new waiver. You will be asked to clean your hands before class. Masks and gloves are recommended.
Do not bring anything except your yoga gear (mat, blocks, towels, water) into the studio along with any valuables. Leave everything else in your car. You will be asked to take anything you do not need for your practice (including your shoes) into a room with a marked spot for your belongings. Our regular cubbies will not be available to reduce gathering.
Bring all of your own gear - there will be no mat or towel rentals, shared props, or water for sale. We will have a collection of sanitized used blocks sold at a discount as well as new mats, new towels, new blankets, and new blocks.
Restrooms and changing rooms are open (no more than two yogis at a time in the restroom please). Masks should be worn in the restrooms. Showers are closed.
Cleaning & Safety Protocols
We have always maintained a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule. In addition to daily cleaning of the studio, we will be sanitizing high touch surfaces and floors between classes.
When classes are in session, weather permitting, we will keep the doors open to facilitate air flow. Spots will be marked to ensure social distancing in the studio and front desk area. Class times are spaced to reduce crowding. Front desk will be wearing masks. We encourage you to wear masks in common areas and remove them for practicing if you would like to. Our teachers will provide verbal adjustments only, no physical adjustments.
After classes, if you have a sweaty mess at your mat, please use our cleaning supplies to sanitize the area around you before you leave. This gives us a head start on clean up after class.
While we all miss our community, we ask that you limit socializing to when you are in the yoga room and on your mat so that you are properly social distanced or chat outside the studio before or after class. This will limit close gathering in the front area of the studio.
