NOTE: Aerial reservations are highly recommended. If you do not show up for class, you will forfeit the class pass. Due to high demand for this class, reservations must be cancelled 24 HOURS in advance of published class time to allow us time to contact waitlisted individuals. Any reservation cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the class.

Purchasing Policy: All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly unlimited packages cannot be extended. Private sessions may be refunded if the session is unused. Workshops and special events are refundable with a minimum 24-hour notice (some special events require more notice). Workshops, special events, and yoga series are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event begins.
Awakened Yoga Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our studio! We are a family owned, small business that operates with lean margins. We love our yogis and appreciate you choosing our studio. Please select your purchases carefully.
Merchandise:
Unused, unworn, regularly priced merchandise with price tags may be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase or for store credit within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 14 days. All sale items (anything that has been marked down) are final sale. No returns will be issued.
Services:
Yoga packages are non-refundable once purchased. All yoga packages have expiration dates - please note these dates. Some packages may be transferrable to another student – please contact the manager for options.
Workshop fees will be refunded if the student requests cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Fees for class series will not be refunded once the class series begins.
Yoga teacher training tuition is refunded only for special circumstances and before training has commenced. Please contact the manager for options.
Reservations:
Class reservations are highly recommended for classes. If the class is sold out or waitlisted and you do not show up for class, you will forfeit the class pass OR be charged a $10 no show fee for unlimited packages. Class reservation may be cancelled up to 60 minutes prior to published class start time.
