Class Descriptions:

Ashtanga – A progressive series of poses practiced in a specific order synchronizing the breath with movement.  This is an athletic form of yoga producing internal heat, a strong body, and a calm mind. 

Cardio & Core Yoga – Looking for a sweat-inducing cardio workout?  This is it!  You’ll move and groove working all the major muscle groups.  This class emphasizes poses that work the core (abs, back and hips).  You’ll thank us for this class the day after you take it.

Gentle Hatha – Integrating breath with a series of peaceful and tranquil yoga movements, you will stretch and open energy channels in the body bringing greater mind body connection. Appropriate for beginner and advanced students looking for a relaxing and restful class.

HOT Pilates - Get ready to sweat!  Pilates is a form of exercise that uses small, controlled movements to build strength and increase flexibility.  Get focused on your core while building muscular strength.  Classes are heated to approximately 85 degrees. 

Intermediate Hatha – Focuses on alignment, strength and balance needed for yoga’s more advanced poses such as inversions and arm balances.  Previous yoga experience is recommended for this class.

Iyengar – Focuses on alignment and breath to open tight spots and increase circulation.  Build strength and flexibility in your body by holding poses and breathing through the intensity.  Appropriate for beginners as well as advanced students.

Kids Yoga – Come play yoga with us!  Yoga classes for kids encourage children to explore and discover the mind and body in FUN ways, improve strength, balance, concentration & flexibility!  We’ll slither like snakes, grow tall like trees, and fly like airplanes!  Yoga for kids uses interactive games, stories, and other play-like activities to stimulate the imagination, get their bodies moving and having a great time!  Open to children ages 5 to 12.

Power Lunch – A 45-minute class to get you moving and stretching.  This class combines traditional hatha, vinyasa, and power poses.  Go back to work reinvigorated and renewed.

Vinyasa –This yoga that combines a series of poses that flow from one to another linked by your breath.  This is a vigorous workout that gets your body moving, blood pumping, sweat pouring, and stress releasing.

Vinyasa – Beg – Vinyasa yoga class for beginners that provides more explanation on correct alignment, modifications, and breath. 

Yoga-Lates – A yoga and pilates fusion!  This class will combine exercises from pilates with yoga poses to build strength, focus on the core.  Classes are vigorous. 

We Have Babysitting Services!

Babysitting at the studio is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 9:00am to 11:45am.  Feel secure knowing that your child is just one room away while you enjoy an amazing yoga class!  Babysitting is only available to parents/guardians who are taking a yoga class.  

Registration is not required – please show up approximately 5 to 10 minutes before your class to register the child/ren.  We have toys, books, art supplies and occasionally a craft to keep children occupied.  All ages are welcome.   Please click here to read our babysitting rules before you use our services.
